Steven has more than 18 years of audit, assurance and financial services experience globally, having worked at PricewaterhouseCoopers and took companies public in Australia and China. He specializes in IPO and M&A activities in a broad range of sectors including technology, agriculture, and healthcare, with deals valued over $5 billion.
Steven is a member of the Australian Institute of Company Directors with Chairman/NED experience of various companies.
Steven is a Chartered Accountant of Australia and New Zealand

With 15+ years of experience in the Financial and Investment industry, Jackie founded the Uni-innovate Group and INP Capital to invest in and help leading-edge technology companies become successful globalized enterprises in the fields of Bio/Med-tech, EdTech, AI/Fintech, CleanTech and 3D/Big Data.
Jackie is familiar with the life cycle of technology companies and capital market activities, having successfully helped portfolio companies list on global exchanges such as ASX, CSE, and Chinese A-shares.
Jackie holds a Master’s degree in Business and Enterprise from OxfordBrookes University in London.

A CFA charterholder with 20+ years of experience in Canadian financial industry, Jessica focuses on helping HNW private clients and institutional investors understand the opportunities in PE/VC and other top-tier alternative asset classes and find the right solutions offered by INP Capital.
Highly entrepreneurial, Jessica’s ability to connect with investors and collaborate with all parties in providing quality and innovative solutions has been proven throughout her previous work as Regional Sales Manager for Franklin Templeton Investments as well as several successful investment consulting firms she founded.
Jessica graduated from University of Western Ontario, prior to which she studied at the Guanghua School of Management in Peking University.

Tim, former Director of Innoway and Secretary-General of the Z-park Large Corps Open Innovation Alliance, represented the Beijing Municipal Science & Technology Commission and Z-park Committee in France and the UAE.
With 15 years of global experience, he judges startup competitions and mentors innovation with companies like Microsoft and Google. His expertise spans cross-border e-commerce, international tech project expansion, and aiding traditional businesses' growth.

Coming from an investment banking and commercial real estate fund background, Jasmine is a driven professional with experience in early and growth-stage investments, in addition to advanced skills in deal origination, market research, financial analysis, modeling, and valuation.
Jasmine holds a Master’s Degree in Finance from Tulane University and a Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting from Sichuan University.

Based in Hangzhou, China, Fei’s involved in project due diligence research, investment decision-making, and post-investment management process.
Through her years at INP Capital, Fei has accumulated a wide range of network resources such as domestic and foreign incubators, listed companies, investment institutions, and other channel resources to help provide value-added consulting services, project exit planning, and IPO consulting services.

Previously worked at one of China’s largest national industry corporations, Richard has gathered rich experience in investment and financing, with a deep understanding of corporate strategy, marketing management, and financial management.
At INP, Richard’s focus areas include AI, Medtech, Clean Energy, and other ESG related research.
He’s responsible for the financing business plan design, investment process, and post-investment management.

Based in Vancouver, Canada. Azio specializes in conducting Due Diligence research for early-stage companies across various sectors, including SaaS, AI, and Renewable energy. With a background in mathematics, computer science, and statistics, Azio brings a diverse skill set to his role.
Previously Azio worked as a software testing engineer. By leveraging his technical expertise, Azio plays a important role in assessing the viability and potential of prospective ventures.
